Hello, my name is Michelle Rodriguez and I am the owner and founder of The Walking Paws. After graduating college in 2014 and being unhappy with the career choices I made I decided to make a change and create a healthier and happier lifestyle for myself. I wanted a career that would make me feel truly happy and fulfilled, one with a lot less stress than your typical 9-5. Growing up I had a great love for animals, especially dogs, so I figured why not do something I had a passion for. Combining my love for dogs with the outdoors, being my own boss and having a different type of lifestyle, The Walking Paws was created. I wanted this business to show my appreciation for animals while also providing peace of mind to individuals. My goal is to make clients’ days easier by making sure their dogs get the exercise and companionship they need. I am absolutely in love with what I do now, and can’t wait to show that love and passion to all of The Walking Paws community.

Meet Lou! Works part-time/on call with our team and dog sits when he can. He is an absolute dog lover. Lou has been able to bring a comforting zen around all our pups and isn’t afraid to get on their level. All the dogs love him and he can handle all sizes. When they say dogs can sense a persons vibe, he’s always able to make a positive first impression with them! He has been amazing with all our pups!
Meet Isabelle! She has been a great addition to our team working part time with us. The dogs love her and enjoy their time spent with her. Isabelle is a natural with dogs as she has a couple of her own. She is devoted to each dog she meets and builds personal relationships with them to gain their trust, love and affection!
